1. Buyer and Seller are Verified . We verify the identity of the buyer, seller, proof of ownership and lien status before the Electronic Bill of Sale is e-signed.  You are less likely to get scammed

2. See title before you buy. Share your electronic bill of sale log in details with a serious buyer! Let them see a copy of the title, mileage odometer and ID that confirms your identity before proceeding with the purchase.

3. Proof of Insurance coverage before seller releases vehicle to buyer.  The buyer can upload a copy of their insurance card to the electronic bill of sale account so seller can verify coverage.   This is important if the title is still in seller’s name when buyer takes possession of the vehicle.

7. If you lose the electronic bill of sale you can just print out another one. The final copy is emailed to you so you can save it to your computer to access later if needed.

Proof vehicle was sold.  If anything happens to the vehicle after it is sold, the seller will have proof of sale.  Having an accident or getting towed at the owner’s expense can happen after a buyer has taken possession of the vehicle.  If the title has not been transferred out of the seller’s name, they could be held responsible for any charges without proof the vehicle was sold.
