I have a sports car that had a Missouri title and registration that was shipped to Florida when my wife and I moved to the land of sunshine. The Missouri title had both our names on the title but unfortunately my wife died before I could apply for Florida registration. I had no idea how involved the process is to re-title a vehicle when it has been declared totaled by an insurance company and you want to put it back on the road in Florida. I can’t thank FL Title Agency enough for helping us resolve this dilemma! They are miracle workers. And beyond patient! I have been dealing with a title lien on an SUV I purchased back in 2013. The finance company who held the title went bankrupt a few years ago and left me (and others) high and dry. I’ve kept this car, maintained it well, and have purchased other vehicles since – all because I could not get the lien removed.
